How we work

Each engagement is run by a named operator, end to end. The work is bespoke: the method and the reporting adapt to your product and your team. Findings are written for founders, not for compliance archives. If we test a fix, we re-test it.

What we are not

• Not self-serve. Nothing gets tested, and nothing gets deployed, before you have talked to a person.
• Not a scanner. Scanners check for known patterns. Most of what we find comes from how a real product behaves when valid features get combined or abused.
• Not a black box. You can always talk to the person who did the work.
• Not a traditional pentest vendor for regulated industries. We do the work your product actually needs, not a quarterly report for a vendor panel.
• Not a compliance-only shop. We get you ready for the audit and leave the certificate to the auditor.
