HOW IT WORKS

How the work happens.

You write to us. A person reads it, replies with an honest read on whether we are a fit, and comes back after the test with what we found and what it would have cost you.

We start with what worries you.

Tell us what you built, what is live, and what you are actually worried about. If the thing you are worried about is not the thing most likely to hurt you, we will say so before we start. One call, no pitch.

The rules come before the test.

Nothing starts until there is a written agreement of scope. It names what we may test, what we may not, and who to contact if something breaks. We also agree what safely means for you: which data we will not touch, and whether we test on a staging copy or the live system.

We use the product, not a checklist.

We use the product the way a customer would, the way an impatient customer would, and the way a bot would. We also test the flows the API exposes that the interface never shows. That is where most findings live: the mobile app, the webhook handler and the admin tool never got the rules the interface has.

We write it for you, not for a file.

Every finding leads with the consequence: what would have happened, to whom, and what it would have cost. Then the cause, then the steps to reproduce, then the fix in the order we would fix it ourselves. Severity scores are not the headline. The consequence is. We can write the findings as tasks your coding agent can run.

We come back and take the same path again.

A fix that is not retested is a guess. When you have fixed something, we run the same path again and check that the consequence is gone. This is the step most vendors skip and the one that decides whether the engagement was worth anything.
