Use of this website
You may browse this site, read its content, and submit the form on /hack-me for the purpose of evaluating whether we might work together. You may not use this site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape at a rate that impairs the site, or impersonate us or anyone else.
No security guarantee
The information on this site describes categories of issues we find, not guarantees about any specific product, system, or customer. Reading this site does not constitute a security audit. Engaging us does not guarantee the discovery of every issue. Past findings do not predict future vulnerabilities.
Engagement terms
If we agree to work together, the work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement — not this page — controls scope, deliverables, confidentiality, fees, and liability.
Authorized testing
Testing is performed only on systems the client owns or is explicitly authorized to have tested.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — copy, layout, and any original illustrations — belongs to the operator of gethacked.ai or its licensors. You may read it. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish it in full as if it were your own.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of gethacked.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. If a court finds us liable for anything related to this site, the liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use this site (which is zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get a refreshed “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a material change means you accept the new terms.
